MORTON have announced the departure of defender Darragh O'Connor as the Irishman 'explores other options' ahead of the upcoming season.
O’Connor joined the Cappielow side from Motherwell in 2022, having spent a period on loan at Queen of the South.
The 24-year-old made 68 appearances for Morton over the past two seasons.
In a statement, the club said: “Darragh O’Connor has informed the club of his wish to explore other opportunities at this time and will not be returning to Cappielow.
“We wish Darragh every success moving forward and thank him for his time and efforts whilst in a Morton shirt.”
