MORTON midfielder Iain Wilson says his side aren't getting worried yet as they look to break their Championship duck against Airdrie this weekend.
Ton have yet to win in the league after five games - but Wilson, who's missed the last two matches through injury, is taking heart from how competitive his side have been in those five fixtures in the build up to tomorrow's Cappielow clash.
He believes that if his side can keep their heads down and remain level-headed, they can turn what looks to be an outgoing tide.
He told the Tele: "We go out to win every game. That's the mentality that gets installed into us.
"But we've played five games now and still not got a win on the board. So it's getting to the stage where we need to get a win sooner rather than later.
"As I'd said previously, we've been competitive so there isn't much to worry about in that regard. We just need to remain competitive in the game this weekend and earn the right to get three points.
"We knew that we were in for a good and competitive game against Airdrie last season. I think this season won't be any different.
"I'm sure it'll be the same this weekend, and hopefully we can do enough to get what would be a massive three points.
"It's two teams that play a similar kind of football, where we look to move the ball about well, so it should be a good game for the neutral to come down and watch too."
