PORT GLASGOW Juniors are aiming to move to within three points of the Fourth Division summit when they host Campbeltown Pupils this afternoon.

The Kintyre side make the long journey to Parklea to face an Undertakers side who are on a high after dumping Cambuslang Rangers out of the West of Scotland Cup last Saturday.

That high-scoring victory was the Port's second in a row after a difficult four-match winless run.

And boss Tam Jamieson hopes that his side have turned a corner heading into the tie as they look to carry on their good form and maintain their promotion push.

The Undertakers boss admits that there's spaces up for grabs and that it'll be a team effort to get the job done.

He told the Tele: "It was a great performance against Cambuslang last week - everybody, to a man, did as we asked of them.

"We knew they'd come down and make it tough for us but over the course of the 90-minutes we looked like the better team throughout and deserved to be in the next round of the cup.

"We're really looking forward to the game against Campbeltown - we've got a great depth to the squad now.

"You look at the options we've got throughout the squad - we've got endless options and it could be that this week it's someone else's chance to come in impress."

This afternoon's match, the first ever meeting between the two clubs, kicks off at Parklea at 2pm.
